Squats 4×10

Leg press 3×15 (every 3rd rep go up super slow

Super set with

Wall sit 4xMax

Smith machine lunges 4×10 each leg ( with elevation on front foot to focus on glutes)

Leg extensions 4×12 (drop weight and do 10 more on 2nd and 4th set)

Laying leg curls 4×10 (5 down in the normal position and 5 up on your elbows)

Super set with

Stiff leg dead lift 4×10 (5 second hold at the bottom on 5th rep)

Adductions super set with abductions 3×15
